Julie Thomas was born and raised in Chico and loves her community. As a wife and mother of three young children, Kristina, Blake and Dylan, Julie stays busy at home and at work. Julie is a fully credentialed teacher, having graduated from CSU, Chico with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and an area of concentration in Child Development. Julie has over 15 years of experience working with young children. In her position as Director, Julie will plan the monthly curriculum and oversee staff, as well as work with the children.

Ann Nelson came to Chico in the Fall of 1990 to attend CSU, Chico as a Liberal Studies Major. While at Chico State, Ann met her husband Jay and they were married in 1993. Now that their two children, Brandon and Emily are school-age, Ann has returned to school finishing where she left off. As Office Administrator, Ann will manage all the daily necessities of a successful school and help oversee our after school program. As a qualified preschool teacher, Ann will also have the fun of working with the children.
